Spider Webs
This piece was inspired by the spider webs which shroud the bridges and streetlight of Willamette River, Eugene, Oregon, in late autumn . A time when the Halloween spirit is in the air, when fog and mystery penetrates the city. People are often scared of spiders, and associates them with evil. However, their nets catch the small pests, and separate our little annoyances and conflicts from what is truly important.
